EXCHANGES : All items sold are clearance items and not refundable, returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances. 

SHIPPING: All items ship via USPS signature confirmation mail. Please allow up to 14 days processing. We have several warehouse all around the world. Please allow the said processing time to receive tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation via email or SMS depending on what you chose at checkout. Please ensure someone is home to sign for package as all orders require signature confirmation. 

We ship USPS Priority Mail Only

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/refused by the receiver, The postal carrier will attempt re-delivery. If the postal carrier and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by carriers cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.
